A central request of the project "Linguistic and textual aspects in weblogs" in the year 2005 was to provide a culturalspreading study to textual and linguistic aspects of the very recent communication form of Blogging. Thus beside German also Chinese, English, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish and Spanish blogs were analyzed and published in the Internet. For its/her language each author wrote a English-language summary, a state-specific description of the blogosphere, a description of corpus as well as a a hypertextual and linguistic analysis.
